Stretch and Strength classes are an essential part of the programming and training at Strive. The expectation of dancers’ bodies in regards to flexibility is ever increasing. It is important that dancers develop strength to control their flexibility in order to help prevent injuries. This class helps students understand their bodies and progress towards their flexibility and strength goals safely and progressively. We value the safety of our dancers and therefore provide fundamental education about injury prevention.
